Jacobs Human Resources Intern - Summer 2025 in Dallas, Texas

As a Human Resources Intern, you'll impact the world around you by helping us solve real-life challenges while living out our values in interactions with our clients, communities, shareholders, and each other. While this is a hybrid internship with no need to relocate, there will likely be in person networking opportunities in the nearest office where you reside throughout your internship.

You’ll tap into both your creative and analytical sides in this role as you develop reports, presentations, and analyze data.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s in Human Resources academic program, an MBA program with a concentration in HR or Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 3.0 GPA or higher

  • A previous internship related to your field of study

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • A sense of initiative and focus on results

  • Proven experience dealing with ambiguity and problem solving

  • An excellent ability to collaborate effectively

  • Project management experience

  • Collaborative work behaviors

  • Ownership and accountability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
