KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Functional Practice Operations- Private Practice to join our Audit Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sustain the development of key KPIs and metrics that are established to achieve 'high growth' results

  • Drive processes, results and follow up to ensure participation and completion as well as working with leaders and partners to action items for growth and retention, as appropriate

  • Act as delegate for PPL in review and approval of key strategic initiatives, execution plans and reporting to National HoM leader

  • Assist and participate in national and local growth strategy discussions and GTM plans

  • Support adoption and use of new technologies in and around Audit Growth that aligns with our transformation journey and growth strategy such as KPMG Engage, PBI, Growth Playbook, Pricing Desk, and more

  • Execute operational, financial priorities and goals in accordance with Audit Quality and system of quality control; serve as a liaise between the National HOM and PPL to analyze growth goals, operational results and barriers to growth to offer solutions and support in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including finance, human resources; previous experience in resource management, marketing or general business operations

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, human resources, and other related field

  • Prior background as a direct supervisor for a staff consisting of different professional levels, including management

  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and strategic advice to executive level management across all practice operational areas

  • Experience reading and analyzing Operating Statements (Profit and Loss) and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; basic knowledge or experience with Microsoft Access, Customer Relationship Databases and Resource Management/scheduling tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills required
