Description We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in the service industry to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions. This role involves a high level of collaboration, technical leadership, and an understanding of advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate these into actionable data and modeling recommendations.

• Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding and mentoring development teams, data scientists, and engineers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, data science, cloud computing, and related technologies.

• Promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all team members.

• Participate in the creation and rollout of training, and identify ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.

• Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.

• Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

• Implement best practices for AI solution development, deployment, and maintenance.

• Use programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, etc.

• Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud-based platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Requirements • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.

• Strong knowledge in Apache Spark, Database, and Data Science.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems, HDFS, and Algorithm Implementation.

• Proficiency in Analytics, Apache Hadoop, AWS Technologies, and Cluster Analysis.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports.

• Problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field.

• Experience in data mining and predictive modeling.

• Advanced proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
