Description
Do you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and have a knack for detail?
We are looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator with data privacy experience to support our client's team based in Dallas, Texas. The primary function of this role will involve managing a variety of contracts in our technology-focused environment.
The Role:
Review and analyze various contracts (MSAs, MCAs, SOWs, etc.)
Draft amendments, extensions, and terminations using clear and concise language
Manage the contract lifecycle electronically, maintaining all relevant documents
Oversee contract templates and guide others on selecting the right one
Administer contract workflows, ensuring timely approvals and execution
Communicate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Collections) on contract status
Become proficient in our legal department software (DocuSign, Linksquares, Sharepoint)

Requirements
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
Experience drafting contracts from templates and managing contract files
A keen eye for detail and strong interpretation skills
The ability to juggle multiple contracts with tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A knack for project management and follow-through
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
Bonus Points for:
Experience in a corporate legal department

Please Note: While this role is primarily remote, the legal team enjoys occasional in-person collaboration on Wednesdays. If you're in the Dallas area, you're welcome to join every Wednesday, while those further out can visit less frequently.
