Construction Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a construction admin background , Engineering, or Construction fields and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, maintaining project files, tracking document responses, and working closely with the Project Architect and Project Manager. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience, preferably in multifamily or wood frame construction. Familiarity with Type 5 and Type 3 construction is essential.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields

  • Ability to compile documents within Bluebeam Revu

  • Experience with managing RFIs, submittals, and CA documents

  • Tracking Change Orders and related documents

  • Experience with Type 5 and Type 3 construction

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to completion

Job Type

This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dallas, Texas.
