This internship opportunity is for our Creative Operations in-house graphic design team. This team is responsible for concepting and design of marketing and internal communications materials for products, people and company storytelling.

This program is geared towards results-oriented individuals who have an interest in:

  • Working in all aspects of design from ideation to production for print, digital and environmental design.

  • Helping ensure design assets reflect the brand.

  • Developing an understanding of TI’s businesses, external marketing, corporate and internal communications strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or related field

  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Creativity and originality paired with attention to detail

  • Aptitude for taking initiative and driving results

  • Strong organizational skills used to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work in both a team and individual setting

Preferred software proficiency:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe XD

  • Microsoft Office Suite
