Commercial Card Integration Consultant Develop, manage, and provide daily support for Commercial Card product and delivery channels. Provide consulting services for customers and internal departments using Commercial Card to optimize the use of card services and integrate data. Serve as technical expert to migrate existing customers to new commercial card services, identify and define new uses of existing commercial card technology, and drive automation to continually improve the efficiency of the Commercial Card team. Manage and maintain data integrity, data security, and compliance standards (both internal and external) as required for Commercial Card data. Position Responsibilities * Develop and support Commercial Card product delivery channels including end user computing solutions to facilitate Revenue Share payment and accruals and risk renewals. * Oversee the development of product functionality and delivery channels by our vendor resources. Write and gather business requirements, prepare business case support, serve as project manager, and perform User Acceptance Testing. Make the "go or no go" production decisions. * Serve as liaison to Product Management in the roll out of new product functionality and migration of services to the existing customer base. * Maintain data integrity and quality of operational performance. * Manage data and internal practices to ensure compliance with PCI, data security (CIPP, ILM), CRA reporting, and internal audit requirements. * Consult with customers and internal departments to optimize the use of card and integrate data. * Identify new opportunities for additional use and integration of card data. * Serve as project manager for customer engagements (internal and external). * Support Product Management in the roll out of new product functionality, daily delivery of * Commercial Card service, and migration of existing customers to new services. * Explore new data integration services and product functionality to improve the Commercial Card offering and work with Product Management to bring solutions to market. * Manage business relationships with data exchange and delivery partners including resolving production incidents (DXC, MasterCard, Concur, for ex.). * Manage relationships with internal departments using or supporting the Commercial Card service (Fraud Services, Accounts Payable, Procurement, EPI, Production Services, Risk Management, etc.).
