* Contract position; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

* The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX ( 2nd preference : Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ)

Business Systems Analyst :

• Gather and analyze business requirements for retail lending applications focusing on credit cards and home loans

• Develop and document user stories following agile methodology

• Collaborate with product owners to define and refine requirements

• Document specifications using Confluence and JIRA

  Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

• Experience within financial services / lending ( credit cards, home loans / mortgages ) industry

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements management

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and API integration concepts

• Experience in agile methodologies and user story writing

• Salesforce certifications, SAFe Agile certifications
