About The Role:
As a CBRE Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely intake and transmitting of appraisal bid detail between our valuation professionals and clients with a high level of accuracy. You'll be on a team of on and offshore staff to coordinate and process client requests for quotes received by email or via API intake into our system platform.
What You'll Do:
Process emails requesting quotes in shared mailbox, via system platform and web leads
Manage and update professional’s login credentials via a secure vault.
Access client portals for sourcing property details.
Reference various resource documents as well as internal and external apps and platforms ensuring quotes handling accuracy to client requirements, research of prior appraisal and potential conflicts.
Coordinate with professionals and/or other groups in efforts to progress stalled quotes.
Follow a standard mailbox structure and core SOP above company guidelines.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
Prior experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role preferred.
Intermediate skills with Adobe, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (10 or above) products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
Good interpersonal skills building strong relationships with colleagues and field professionals.
Effective strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
