Westdale Asset Management Assistant Community Manager in Dallas, Texas
Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 217-unit apartment community conveniently placed near major highways in North Dallas and minutes from Addison! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
At least one year of assistant manager experience at an apartment community.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work on Saturdays, when the 3rd of the month falls on a weekend, with an alternative day off during the week.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
