Mill Creek Residential Application Support Analyst in Dallas, Texas

The Applications Support Analyst is responsible for providing application administration and support to our systems, which encompass over 41,000 homes and are rapidly growing. As a member of the National Applications team, we support the applications utilized by our corporate departments in their day-to-day operations. This role involves providing support for real estate IT SaaS applications and addressing tickets from various business units, particularly in cases of complex issues or necessary configuration adjustments. Responsibilities include integration monitoring, data quality assurance efforts, and application support. This team member is primarily responsible for supporting specific applications as the subject matter expert. They are also required to undergo cross-training for new applications when necessary. Knowledge of multi-family and single-family applications is a plus. This includes but is not limited to, applications like Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate P2P, Vena, DealCloud, Workday, and Entrata.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Supports incoming queries by troubleshooting, responding to user requests and questions, researching and correcting application issues, and ensuring satisfactory resolution for end users.

  • Responds to queries either through the internal ticket system, by email, over the phone, or in person as needed.

  • Assist with internal system-to-system data integrations and ensure seamless data transfers between various applications. Additionally, assist in preexisting processes and workflows, including user access management and data transformation.

  • Works with third-party vendors, contractors, and other business partners to support training, integrations, or application maintenance needs.

  • Solve problems with application configurations

  • Under moderate supervision, evaluates business requirements; performs process analysis of stakeholder activities to determine alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities.

  • Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of business requirements

  • Contributes to the development of project plans by documenting and monitoring tasks. Analyzes feasibility and other aspects of planned or potential projects.

  • Creates and implements business operation standards and procedures. Assists in the development of methods and tools to track results.

  • Assists the Learning and Development team with training manuals, examples, or job aids as needed.

  • Provide support on mission-critical applications, which may require off-hours support as needed

Edu ca tion an d/or E x p e ri e n c e

  • Bachelor's Degree with a preferred field of study in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Experience in Construction, Single Family, Multi-Family, and/or Commercial Property Management and/or Accounting

  • Experience supporting Yardi Voyager and Yardi Elevate P2P, Vena, DealCloud, Workday, or Entrata

  • Experience in customizing and integrating applications, preferably Real Estate applications, but comparable experience will be considered
