Aerotek Aircraft Technician II in Dallas, Texas

Aerotek Aviation is looking for qualified aircraft technicians to join one of the leading Aerospace companies in Dallas, TX. We are offering competitive pay, flexible shifts, and full benefits.

Job Title: Aircraft Technician -1 year Contract to hire

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $33.81hr

Shift: All ( must be flexible)

Job Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures.

Essential Functions:

  1. Perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications with minimal supervision.

2.Ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements.

  1. Ensure that all work accomplished meets quality standards and specifications.

  2. Coordinate, accomplish, and assist with aircraft movement in hangar and ramp areas.

  3. Provide training to less experienced technicians.

Qualifications:

FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate and 2 years of aviation maintenance experience or 4 years of aviation maintenance experience in military.

  • Military: If former military, you must verify the candidate is honorable discharge and has a copy of their DD214.

  • Education: Must have completed high school diploma or GED to qualify

Work Environment:

corporate aircraft completion center, work in hangar, set shift.
