  • This job is a member of the HR Shared Services Team within People/HR Division.

  • ​Responsible for the ensuring that team member data in Employee Central is correct and accurate. Coordinates and collaborates with team members and leaders across the organization (Talent Services, Labor, Payroll, IT, Flight, Flight Service, Station Services, etc.) to answer questions and resolve issues that occur.

What you'll do

  • Processes employee data changes, including but not limited to hires, position changes, seniority date calculations, personal data updates, and leaves of absence

  • Processes master data updates that require knowledge of collective bargaining agreements

  • Ensures accurate and timely updates for all data changes

  • Provides user support to team members inquiring how-to transact in Employee Central or who have questions about data reflected in the system

  • Supports data audit processes to ensure that all team member data is accurate and is configured appropriately for downstream systems that consume Employee Central data

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Prior experience with union work rule environment and processes

  • 1 year of work experience on SAP or HRIS programs

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Ability to work with multiple PC based applications and systems including Employee Central, SAP HR, Workbrain, and MS Office

  • Must be customer-focused and able to provide excellent service to team members and leaders across the organization

  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and handle heavy work volume in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision

  • Ability to demonstrate high level of integrity and confidentiality

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to research issues to determine root cause
