Administrative Operations Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Comp: $41 – 52K
Must reside in commutable distances to Dallas, TX
We are hiring an Administrative Operations Specialist on behalf of our client. This role requires a strong analytical background, focusing on managing the entire lifecycle of a large contingent worker population. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and the Chief of Staff team on key workforce and data management tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Administrative Operations Specialsit:
Manage onboarding and offboarding for contingent workers
Maintain RMS Tree and Cyborg systems, ensuring data accuracy and weekly clean-ups
Oversee SOW lifecycle management, invoicing, and project data input
Work with the Chief of Staff team on data entry, reporting, and workforce managementMaintain rosters and handle employee transfers
Monitor project status and manage invoices, travel approvals, and certifications
Provide administrative support to senior leadership
Administrative Operations Specialist Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical skills, ideally within HR or workforce management
Experience managing contingent worker processes, onboarding, and data systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience working with data
Administrative Operations Specialist Preferred Qualifications:
HR background or experience working with contracts and contingent worker management
Knowledge of RMS Tree, Cyborg, JIRA, or similar systems
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality results under deadlines
