Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry. The workplace is located in Dallas, Texas, 75206, United States. The role will involve processing vendor setups, managing group email boxes, entering invoice header information, and creating payment proposals for auto draft utility payments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts payable activities

• Handle vendor setups in a timely and efficient manner

• Oversee and manage group email box for efficient communication

• Input invoice header information with high accuracy

• Develop payment proposals for automated utility payments

• Utilize spreadsheet software for data management and tracking

• Process credit card payments and bill payments

• Execute Form 1099 procedures

• Prepare and complete expense reports as needed

• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate record keeping. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systems

• Familiarity with Form 1099 and its associated procedures

• Experience in Vendor Set processes and best practices

• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Experience handling Credit Card Payments and understanding of the associated processes

• Proven ability in managing Bill Payment tasks efficiently

• Ability to Complete Expense Reports accurately and in a timely manner

• Experience in Reconciling Vendor Statements and resolving any discrepancies
