Amergis Account Executive - Locum Tenens Division in Dallas, Texas

The Account Executive is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising healthcare recruiters. The Account Executive will evaluate the performance of National Recruitment Managers, prepare reports, & facilitate team meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors recruitment team production and weekly activity and reports results to applicable leadership

  • Leads through teaching, coaching and directing the national recruitment team members

  • Works hand-in-hand with other members of the office after contract has been established, maintaining and overseeing working client relationships

  • Markets to Directors, Managers, CFOs, Human Resources, and Physician Recruitment departments of hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, doctor’s offices, urgent care centers, etc.

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with these and other healthcare industry professionals

  • Educates individuals regarding the benefits of utilizing physician staffing services

  • Generates new sales/contract leads

  • Sells to national or regional companies by performing a high volume of outbound calls, utilizing multi-touch marketing campaign(s), etc.

  • Consistently models the company’s philosophy of customer service and compliance

  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required

  • Three (3) years of sales experienced required, with at least one (1) year of Nurse/Allied/Locum Tenens Staffing experience

  • Requires frequent travel and possible relocation to Dallas, TX office

  • Must be highly motivated and self-directed

  • Strong organizational skills required

  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required

  • Computer proficiency required
