Amentum Program Analyst in Dahlgren, Virginia
Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA. Come work with us and be the primary point of contact for procurement processes, material requests, orders, and vendor communications with our customer.
Program Analyst Responsibilities Include:
Generating Integrated Budget
Planning & Execution System (IBPES) Cost reports,
Updating various quad presentation charts and slides and updating various schedules
Coordinating with team members to schedule Work Reviews and others necessary meetings and schedule meetings in conference rooms.
Distributing emails with Microsoft Teams information to be sent from Leads.
Updating staffing charts, updating other files per Program lead, assist with distribution of classified documentation when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Five (5) years of work-related experience demonstrating a technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports.
Or three (3) years of specialized experience in: financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes; integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices along with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents utilizing the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of products.
Experience in processing complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns, participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews and program technical meetings, and providing status and inputs to technical reports, white papers and meetings.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
