Amentum Lab Manager in Dahlgren, Virginia
Amentum is seeking a Lab Manager to join our team providing duties related to lab management and safety in a lab environment in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division.
Contingent on Contract Award
Minimum Requirements and Skills:
Six (6) years of experience in laboratory or warehouse management.
Demonstrated experience in three or more of the following specific areas: verifying incoming materials or equipment against receiving documents; documenting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment; experience in supporting the Program Manager and System Managers with the development and review of logistics procurement and management processes of Life-Cycle logistics, disposition, sustainment, and procurement of material involving support equipment, test equipment, safety equipment, packaging, storage, and transportation; and interfacing with outside organization representatives.
Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
