Job Summary:

Successful candidate will provide experienced, on-site support at NSWC Dahlgren (Dahlgren, VA) as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) User Management (UM) Lead for NSWCDD.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) User Management (UM) Lead for NSWCDD.

  • Respond to NAVSEA audits involving Separation of Duties and monthly SAAR-N forms.

  • Communicate and distribute ERP UM information to the Department UM POCs. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with UM Department POCs to discuss new actions, processes, and rules. Address UM Department POCs issues/concerns.

  • Manage NAVSEA ERP Navy Enterprise Business Office (NEBO) actions from iNAVSEA website. Task include distribute actions to Department UM POCs, collate, de-conflict, and validated department actions. Upload completed actions to iNAVSEA website. Coordinate and manage NSWCDD Annual User Access Review with Department UM POCs and department management. Ensure the annual review is completed on-time and correctly. Assist with managers’ questions and concerns to promote accurate and timely review of their organization’s accounts and roles

  • Create structural authorization (SA) for Workforce Management (WFM) roles for NSWCDD personnel in ERC for time keeping duties.

  • Submit Access Enforcer (AE) requests for Cross-Syscom Role Requests.

  • Submit UM help tickets.

  • Attend NSWCDD UM meetings via phone conference or on-site at NSWCDD. Coordinate and lead ERP UM meetings quarterly and share any relevant information with the Department UM POCs.

  • Communicate information, concepts, and ideas to a wide range audience in an accurate, comprehensive and well-organized manner.

  • Collaborate with Department UM POCs to troubleshoot user accounts and roles. Submit help tickets for those that cannot be corrected locally.

  • Obtain travel approval prior to conducting all travel.

  • Develop training material, job aids, and process guides.

  • Serve as the UM POC for any department as needed to backfill gaps in position or support surge efforts to obtain user accounts and roles.

  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or process guides as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hold a DoD-issued Interim-Secret security clearance.

  • Associate degree, or three or more years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams).

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Customer-focused.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requirements efficiently and effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of ERP experience.
