Our Fortune 100 Client is offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Employer Install Specialist in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Cypress, CA. The Employer Install Specialist primarily involves installing, implementing, and amending health plan benefits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to quality measures and reporting standards. The Employer Install Specialist will work onsite for 2 weeks and then transition into remote!

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage health plan benefits with precision and efficiency.

• Audit benefit loadings to ensure compliance with quality measures and reporting standards.

• Utilize knowledge of healthcare benefits products to verify information and support the creation of plan documents.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant software applications.

• Enter relevant data such as codes, benefits changes, and new information into the claim system.

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure benefits are entered timely.

• Update relevant tracking systems with actions and resolution information.

• Exhibit proficiency in Excel including cutting, copying, pasting, using filters, pivots, and formulas.

• Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines while demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is essential.

• Experience in reporting, planning, and auditing is required.

• Familiarity with database management and software applications is necessary.

• Ability to conduct training sessions and develop new procedures and policies.

• Knowledge of health care operations and health plan management is essential.

• Experience in claim administration and benefit functions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Administration.

• Familiarity with workstation support and track system management.

• Experience with offshore operations is a plus.

• Proficiency in using Pivot Table in Excel.

• Knowledge of Facets and Trackers is beneficial.

• Quality assurance experience in a healthcare setting is necessary.
