Description

In this role, you will: - Lead and develop a diverse team of individuals responsible for driving Apple’s field and channel marketing strategy for Worldwide Education, including content creation, resources, and communication. - Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals and align them with Apple's objectives. - Motivate and support GEO, country, and regional Education teams to empower with knowledge, guidance, and best practice examples. - Work collaboratively to develop channel resource platforms for the WW Education Sales Teams and the Channel; Drive the content creation for the Channel Marketing Bootcamp and Channel Marketing Connection strategy globally. - Lead the strategy and training of the marketing onboarding process for channel worldwide; Partner with GEO’s and countries to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners. - Fuel the Field and empower the Channel with meaningful and timely knowledge and training. - Provide guidance and tools to enable channel to position Apple in Education as the best technology for students, teachers and faculty staff. - Build and implement resources and best practice examples that help drive new customer acquisition, development of existing accounts, and ensure retention at time of refresh - Curate and communicate Education marketing content to the field and our channel partners. - Collaborate with channel partners, customers, and Apple teammates from all over the company to get it done. - Inspire the customer by having the right conversation, in the right location, throughout the year.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires minimum of 12+ years of related experience

  • Background in direct sales, business development, and/or marketing with a background in leading field and channel marketing strategy, content creation, and communication.

  • Strong leadership experience to maintain a high-level overview of the team and multiple work-streams, while also demonstrating execution excellence in the outputs of these projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Ability to convey the importance of the channel and indirect sales by driving change, influencing the business, and pushing boundaries

  • Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support

  • Experience creating field and channel marketing content and messaging, to deliver strong sales outcomes

  • Background in both emerging and mature indirect sales environments with a deep understanding of the complexities of their needs and determination to drive change

  • Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships globally.

  • Passion for the Apple brand, our vision and objectives, and how we value the customer experience

  • Ability to adhere to Marcom guidelines, worldwide direction, and Apple standards to create coherent and consistent content in the Apple tone of voice

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,200 and $274,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
