To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Program Manager, Shopping Enablement to help us do extraordinary things. Our team is seeking an experienced program manager to lead shopping enablement initiatives - developing decision support content, tools, and resources to help customers choose the products and services right for them, drive purchase confidence, and customer satisfaction. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Retail Engagement Marketing, the Apple Retail Contact Center, creative and digital merchandising teams. Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital commerce, customer experience, digital merchandising, or equivalent experience at a leading global brand.

  • Successful track record in program management, marketing, or content strategy at a leading global brand.

  • Intelligent quick learner with an analytical orientation, strategic vision, consensus building skills, and consultative style.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and globally to leverage knowledge to gain competitive advantage.

  • Ability to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision.

  • Effective planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects or tasks at the same time, while being open to and responding flexibly to change.

  • Strong quantitative and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of data into action plans. Experience working with ROI analysis and reporting.

Description

Lead the content strategy and roadmap for decision support videos, including developing creative briefs and driving the direction of video scripts. Develop merchandising plans for video and shopping support content. Work cross-functionally with program and product teams to expand the reach of video content to new platforms. Drive video platform enhancements and optimizations. Partner with the Voice of the Customer team to action on insights and develop content solutions addressing customer needs. Partner with the Retail Contact Center, to optimize the content and merchandising of shopping help and support options. Present insights and report on business performance of shopping enablement initiatives to senior executives and cross functional stake-holders. Education & Experience

BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred, advanced degree a plus

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700.00 and $212,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
