Program Manager – SAP, Invoicing & Trade-In Operations

Sunnyvale, CA – (Hybrid)

12+ Months of contract with a high possibility of extension

Pay Range : $57-$62/Hour

Our fortune 500 client in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a hardworking and motivated Program Manager – SAP, Invoicing & Trade-In Operations to join their innovative team.

About the Role:

Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP, invoicing, and trade-in operations? We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and lead critical initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess the invoicing flow to identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements.

  • Provide ongoing analytical assessment of business opportunities and communicate findings to cross-functional leaders.

  • Develop and implement technical requirements and new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute new initiatives that drive growth and scale.

  • Set up reporting mechanisms and business updates to monitor program performance.

  • Provide support for issues and escalations as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, including maintaining strategic plans and schedules, advising stakeholders, and ensuring the quality of key deliverables.

  • Deep expertise in SAP, invoicing, and trade-in operations.

  • Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, unstructured environments and deliver results.

  • Strong prioritization skills, balancing strategic objectives for speed, cost, and environmental impact with high-value tactical outcomes.

  • Exceptional presentation skills with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of synthesizing complex information for diverse audiences.

  • A collaborative team player who can influence others through leadership and bring teams together to achieve common goals.

  • Passionate about the customer experience, with a curiosity for delivering innovative experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
