Program Manager – SAP, Invoicing & Trade-In Operations
Sunnyvale, CA – (Hybrid)
12+ Months of contract with a high possibility of extension
Pay Range : $57-$62/Hour
Our fortune 500 client in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a hardworking and motivated Program Manager – SAP, Invoicing & Trade-In Operations to join their innovative team.
About the Role:
Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP, invoicing, and trade-in operations? We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and lead critical initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess the invoicing flow to identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements.
Provide ongoing analytical assessment of business opportunities and communicate findings to cross-functional leaders.
Develop and implement technical requirements and new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute new initiatives that drive growth and scale.
Set up reporting mechanisms and business updates to monitor program performance.
Provide support for issues and escalations as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in program management, including maintaining strategic plans and schedules, advising stakeholders, and ensuring the quality of key deliverables.
Deep expertise in SAP, invoicing, and trade-in operations.
Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, unstructured environments and deliver results.
Strong prioritization skills, balancing strategic objectives for speed, cost, and environmental impact with high-value tactical outcomes.
Exceptional presentation skills with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of synthesizing complex information for diverse audiences.
A collaborative team player who can influence others through leadership and bring teams together to achieve common goals.
Passionate about the customer experience, with a curiosity for delivering innovative experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
