Services Operations is the backbone of Apple Services, supporting all of the world’s content with expert quality and limitless scale. We are looking for a Product Tech Specialist to ensure our teams are adopting, testing, and constantly learning about new technologies both inside and outside of Apple. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end setup, support, and distribution of Apple products for teams in Services. You’'ll work proactively to ensure our teams have the latest devices and latest software. By ensuring our teams are living on the latest technologies, you will help us drive quality, innovation, and focus on the customer experience. You’ll be available to support any issues and provide legendary service to our teams!
Description
End-to-end setup of various Apple devices configured to new features and/or product needs Support and facilitate content testing, demos, and reviews Provide screenshots and recordings of various services Use a variety of tools and automation scripts to manage setup Create visual guides and walkthroughs of workflows to help with testing Maintain, organize, label, and clean a large inventory of devices Proactively identify new technologies and products Be on the cutting-edge of technology trends inside and outside of Apple
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years product testing and troubleshooting at the executive level
6+ years experience setting up devices in various test environments
Previous experience in technical problem-solving roles
Excellent customer-service skills and ability to go above and beyond consistently
Exceptional attention to detail and written documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize while working with tight schedules
Comfortable working independently and accomplishing goals despite ambiguity
Experience connecting with and supporting senior leadership roles
Familiarity with automation and scripting is a plus, especially as it pertains to device management
Passionate about technology and what’s current in the world

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
