We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Technical Specialist. Have you worked in a large matrix organization, building and analyzing and improving processes to improve efficiency and scale of marketing teams?

The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for our client’s media products and services.

The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple services

Key Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years in technical process design and improvement.

• Experience with marketing CRMs system/architecture such as Salesforce or others.

• Experience with Tableau, SQL, and database integration/maintenance,.

• Experience with CSS, JavaScript, and alert automation.

• Experience writing documentations to communicate complex and technical information.

• Experience working with engineering, product, and marketing operations.

• Track record of changing the status-quo with data and strong execution across multiple groups.

• Phenomenal cross-group collaborator, self-starter and big-picture problem solver.

Description:

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in technical process automation, tool enablement, solution architecture, and analytics for marketing operations and execution. You have experience in online services (SAAS) and are comfortable with subscription based services at scale. Your primary focus will be on process improvement to enable scale and efficiency.

• Lead the technical development and execution of CRM automation integration on issue alerts.

• Build Tableau dashboard for deep insights and the analysis of issues.

• Produce technical documentations, instruction manual, how-to guides, and post mortem.

Education:

BA/BS or advanced degree in Engineering, Analytics, or Technical Project Management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This team is responsible for Production Support for the growth marketing team. They help track and report on tickets filed due to breakdowns in their operational processes and engineering issues. This person would be helping to pull this data from their systems/tools and service it into a dashboard. They'd also like this person to maintain the portal, which would require light front end skills. Documentation is a key piece to this role and driving documentation around what they are finding.

For the portal, using kubernetes to host the portal, work independently and need the infrastructure, front end app, add more features, very simple tool and want it to grow to a lot of features and workflow mechanisms.

Grow the portal, where users can enter certain things and interact with the UI

UI app- currenlty just a form, where you can input the data and get some work done

-Angular JS, easily understand the code and can make changes, any other tools like react and JS experience, someone who is clear on how the front end dev works.

Call rest API and take on the development of those API calls and responsys

How its being hosted- spin up a server to host this app so everyone can support it

-right now they are using kubernetes, can work on Que, load balancing, make sure it’s up and running for users to access.

Front End, and know some about the back end. Some SQL and spin up a new database, users come in and enter the data, want to be able to store the data, spin up a database.

Can manage the visualization piece. Lean more on the front end, manage the database, ability to understand that portion of it.

the portal does not have a back end, need to be able to store it somewhere, work on snowflake (datawarehouse). Don’t put snowflake on the back end.

DB- postgres or SQL

API Integrations, will need to build out and potentially piping into Jupiter or sourcing information from Jupiter.
