The Apple Database Marketing Team is seeking a professional CRM Campaign Operations Specialist to conduct Worldwide campaigns on behalf of Product Marketing and Retail. In this role, you will identify opportunities to engage and send relevant, personalized messages to customers with an eye on user privacy.

Description

Creatively problem solve and propose solutions, while understanding the known limitations and resource constraints. Consolidate requirements from various customer journey use cases, and identify vital platform capabilities. Assess and recommend solutions to deliver required capabilities, and determine a roadmap that drives robust business initiatives through to execution. Build and maintain necessary processes, procedures and controls to ensure data accuracy and business functionality, while aligning with privacy and security policies. Investigate issues and provide process improvement recommendations. Develop cross-functional partnerships and collaborate to meet shared objectives. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system development and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing campaign operations.

  • Experience with complex audience segmentation.

  • Professional experience with Snowflake procedures and Vertica database systems.

  • 2+ years of experience gathering requirements from business partners and working with platform teams to scope and implement new features and enhancements.

  • Ability to apply statistical weighting and sampling techniques to improve outcomes and results.

  • Capacity to break down complexities to help make informed decisions.

  • Proven marketing expertise obsessing on the customer experience.

  • Excellent story telling capabilities.

  • Proficient in Excel and Tableau dashboarding techniques.

  • Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to balance multiple projects concurrently and enjoy a fast paced, evolving environment.

  • Ability to cut through ambiguity to clearly communicate strategy despite uncertainty.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $88,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
