Looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in corporate rights and intellectual property. Contract to hire position.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst.

  • 1-3 years of experience in supporting distribution rights.

  • Understanding of intellectual property rights.

  • Proficient data analysis skills.

  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

  • Ability to evaluate, manipulate, and provide solutions based on complex data sets.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Understanding of Oracle Database.

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams.

  • Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools.

responsibilities:

  • Provide production support by triaging system issues, organizing stakeholder meetings to prioritize support tickets, testing bugs, and assisting in new feature implementations.

  • Facilitate project planning, coordination, development, and deployment using Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Contribute to developing a technology roadmap for Corporate Rights stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of business complexities and propose technical solutions, with a focus on driving large-scale projects forward.

  • Gather and refine requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into functional, non-functional, and technical user stories.

  • Effectively communicate requirements and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and test cases, contributing to the creation of automated test scripts.

  • Create complex workflows and diagrams to illustrate business and system processes.

  • Maintain a strong grasp of daily business process execution and related IT tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with various software delivery lifecycle methodologies.

  • Verify user story completion through rigorous testing and acceptance criteria.

  • Update team wiki with user guides and training documentation.

  • Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, results-oriented, and Agile work environment.
