Prime Video is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to establish process and solutions to steward the development and execution of projects for the marketing strategy team, including portfolio planning, media analytics, and media partnerships. This candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, developing workbacks, conducting cross functional intake and keeping all parties on task to meet deadline. Example projects include, but are not limited to, monthly/quarterly marketing business reviews, marketing plan of record, and budget/investment tracking. A strong candidate applies rigor and builds structure to our processes, looking around corners to find solutions that improve team effectiveness and efficiency.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and manage process for projects and be accountable for delivering against goals/objectives

  • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce reports for managers and stakeholders

  • Manage data inputs for measurement and analytical tools, as well as financial reporting

  • Aid in recurring data pulls to support business and marketing insights mechanisms

  • Employ solutions and project management tooling to improve and streamline workflow

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project management tools

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • 4+ years project management experience, preferably working on marketing initiatives

  • Experience developing executive level recaps

  • Experience collaborating with and influence both internal and external agency stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manage data inputs for measurement and analytical tools, as well as financial reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong decision-making skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
