Copeland Senior Financial Analyst in Cudahy, Wisconsin

AS A FINANCIAL ANALYST YOU WILL:
Participate in financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
Participate in monthly accounting close process, including various journal entries and reconciliations required to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Prepare financial statements for the Controller’s review including comparisons to budget, forecast and prior year.
Work with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Planning to upload monthly financials.
Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
Participate in roll up of budget and forecast input from department managers.
Maintain appropriate internal controls and policies in accordance with corporate policies, US GAAP and local requirements.

You effectively communicate in various settings - one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels - including communicating financial results. You efficiently combine department workflows to build a more cohesive work environment. You accurately produce requested ad hoc reports. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
5 years experience.
FP&A experience preferred.
Demonstrate Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills with multiple levels and audiences

SCHEDULE
The facility works 24 hours a day and typically 5 days a week. Our core office hours range anywhere between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and are flexible given we work together to best support business demands as well as the needs of our customers around the world.
