Aston Carter Data Entry Clerk in Cudahy, Wisconsin

Overview: Aston Carter is partnering with a local manufacturing company to hire a Data Entry Clerk (6 month contract). This person will be able to have flexible hours and opportunity to grow within a company. Starting out as temporary, this person would have potential to become a permanent employee.


  • Managing day-to-day relationships with members, opening and resolving questions

  • Assist in merging orders to new ERP system

  • Leverage Customer Service team to solve discrepancies

  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems as they occur

  • Enter in orders as received

  • Follow up in CRM to ensure account details are accurate

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required

  • 2-5 years of professional experience

  • Ability to navigate through Microsoft Suites

  • ERP experience; Oracle is a preferred
