I.OBJETIVO GENERAL

Supervisar las actividades generales de instalaciones / EHS asegurándose de que se cumplan los estándares de salud y seguridad; gestión del mantenimiento de acuerdo a programa, asegurando dar cumplimiento a las NOM’s que apliquen. El Coordinador de Instalaciones/EHS es responsable de mantener operaciones eficientes del sitio de trabajo físico. Este rol funciona de manera interfuncional con múltiples equipos, como el Centro de Distribución, Servicio al Cliente, Comercio Exterior y equipo Comercial, según sea necesario.

II.TOMA DE DECISIONES

• Reporte de incidentes, accidentes en salud ocupacional.

• Cumplimiento de requerimientos legales.

• Coordinar integrar la brigada de seguridad e higiene.

• Realizar investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes en SBD.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

• Generar plan de mantenimiento anual y asegurar el cumplimiento.

• Asegurar la funcionalidad de las instalaciones y mobiliario, en cumplimiento a las regulaciones Gubernamentales.

• Establecer y supervisar el cumplimiento del programa de limpieza.

• Asegurar el correcto manejo y disposición final de residuos y reciclaje.

• Coordinación y control de los servicios de: fumigación, suministros de limpieza.

• Interactuar y hacer cumplir políticas y procedimientos del sitio a: personal, contratistas, visitantes, proveedores, etc.

• Gestión de presupuestos.

• Supervisar renovaciones, remodelaciones y proyectos de construcción.

• Generar y registrar requisiciones.

• Proporcionar GR (Good Receipt).

• Mantener registro actualizado de facturación.

• Garantizar la correcta implementación del sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad.

• Gestionar los peligros ocupacionales y aspectos ambientales desde su identificación, evaluación y mitigación.

• Llevar a cabo la identificación y gestión del cumplimiento de los requisitos legales locales vigentes y estándares internos.

• Asegurar que los permisos para el funcionamiento de la empresa estén actualizados y gestionar cualquier modificación o renovación según sea necesario.

• Representar a la empresa ante agencias gubernamentales, organizaciones profesionales y la comunidad según sea necesario.

• Administrar y mantener actualizado el programa de atención y respuesta a emergencias.

• Planeación, ejecución y evaluación de simulacros

• Administración de brigadas.

• Impartir inducción EHS a personal de nuevo ingreso

• Mantener los registros de formación de las brigadas-

• Identificar, revisar y evaluar los riesgos relacionados con la salud y la seguridad.

• Investigar y mantener registros de accidentes e incidentes y asegurarse de que los incidentes reportables sean notificados.

• Realizar revisiones y actualizar el sistema documental del área (Políticas, manuales, procedimientos, formatos y registros).

• Registro de KPI´s mensuales.

VI. CONOCIMIENTOS Y EXPERIENCIAS REQUERIDAS

• Licenciatura preferentemente en Administración de Empresas/ Ingeniero Industrial

• 3-5 años de experiencia en Instalaciones/EHS en un entorno de operaciones

• Se requieren excelentes habilidades interpersonales, de hablar en público y de comunicación escrita

• Debe ser flexible con la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar.

• Requiere dominio de Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook e Internet. SAP

• Experiencia en impartir capacitación

• Se prefiere el conocimiento general del diseño del Centro de Distribución.

• Debe asistir a la emergencia fuera del horario regular.

• Dominio de las normas de seguridad e higiene.

• Conocimiento del marco legal en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente.

• Inglés intermedio.
