Fairview Health Services Chemical Dependency Counselor in Crystal, Minnesota
This LADC position works with SUD clients in groups and individually via telehealth and in person. LADC needs to work well and efficiently both independently and in a team. Ability to manage crises essential.
Complete all dcoumentation required by 245G and MHealth policies. Facilitate group and individual sessions with SUD clients. Collborate with mh therapist. Case management. Ability to problem solve technical issues when working with clients via telehealth.
Bachelors Degree in human services, counseling, psychology or related field
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Certification
30 hours of adolescent development education
150 hours supervised adolescent experience
12 hours of co-occurring training
Experience working with teens and families preferred.
