Aerotek General Production Worker in Croydon, Pennsylvania
IMMEDIATELY HIRING general production workers in the Croydon, Pa for this manufacturing company for a FULL TIME job opportunity. We are seeking motivated production workers to join our team. The general production workers will be responsible for working on the production line, doing some grinding, reading off ingredient sheets, mixing powders, and general cleaning and maintenance in the production area. Prior experience working in a production/ manufacturing environment, working on a production line, being able to be on your feet for an 8hr shift, and working in a fast paced environment will be required. This is a full time position, 40hrs a week, and long term for those that show they are reliable and willing to grow with the company.

Qualifications:
• Basic Math Skills
• Dedicated worker who is looking for a longer term position
• Ability to learn, follow directions and work together as a team
• Able to work on their feet all day
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled
• Previous manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks, including grinding and mixing powders.
Read and follow ingredient sheets accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
