We are looking to fill several key positions in our Chesapeake Region (Baltimore, Crownsville, and Glen Burnie, Maryland) and will be actively interviewing on the spot for immediate job openings!

Responsibilities

We are hiring at the following Maryland locations: Baltimore, Crownsville, Owings Mills, and Glen Burnie!

Positions Seeking to Fill:

Entry Level Positions:Recovery Support Professionals.

Non-Entry Level Positions:Certified/Licensed Addiction Counselors, Mental Health Therapist, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses and Clinical Directors.

Qualifications

Recovery Support Professional:High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license and clean 3 year driver record preferred, ability to interact effectively with clients and aid them in adjusting to their specific problems, Basic knowledge of substance use and mental health disorders, Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, ability to establish and maintain working relations with staff and other agencies, and the public, ability to successfully work with others from various cultures and backgrounds, ability to work various shifts, and basic computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Outlook for email and Word and Excel.

Recovery SupportSupervisors:High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license and clean 3 year driver record preferred, ability to interact effectively with clients and aid them in adjusting to their specific problems, basic knowledge of substance use and mental health disorders, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, ability to establish and maintain working relations with staff and other agencies, and the public, ability to work various shifts, and basic computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Outlook for email and Word. Applicants with minimum of 60 college credits must have at least 1 year of experience working in a residential behavioral health program setting; applicants with high school diploma or GED must have at least 3 years of experience working in a residential behavioral health program setting.

Certified Peer Specialist:Must have high school diploma/G.E.D. and have and have acquired or meet the qualifications for certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist, at least 12 months of related experience,, Knowledge of services, community resources, and regulations pertaining to recovery and co-occurring disorders, Knowledge of and commitment to recovery community, Ability to develop positive, ethical therapeutic relationships with individuals and promote their personal growth while maintaining confidentiality,Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.,Ability to convey relevant personal recovery experience in an authentic and effective manner,Ability to successfully work with others from various cultures and backgrounds,Ability to plan and organize work and prepare appropriate, accurate records and reports, Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, health care providers, outside agencies, institutions and the general public, and the Ability to transport clients to appointments using company vehicles.

Certified/Licensed SubstanceAbuse/Addiction Counselors:All counseling candidates must have, at minimum, an Alcohol and Drug Trainee certification (ADT) through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC or LICSW/LCSW preferred. Compensation based on current level of certification/licensure and years of experience. All experience must have been performed in the Human Services field.

Clinical Director:Must possess, at minimum, a Masters degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field plus specialized training in supervision. The following licensure or certification isrequired: LCPC or LCADC with supervisors letter from the Board of Professional Counselors and TherapistsorLCSW-C from the Board of Social Work. Must have at least five years clinical supervisory experience.

Mental Health Therapist:A minimum of a Masters degree in Counseling, social work, or other related human services degree. Must possess Maryland state credential: LGPC, LGSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C. Must su
