4 Full Time Seasonal H-2A Jobs available 2/15/2025 - 12/8/2025.
Crops/Commodities: Standardbred Horses. The employer is a large horse breeding farm where employment is dependent on the horse breeding through yearling sales seasons. The seasonal employment period in horse breeding and foaling is February through mid-July, followed by a four month period of preparing young horses for yearling sales which conclude in November. Workers then begin a 4 week period of weaning foals which lasts until mid December.
Requirements:
- 3 months experience in duties listed
- Lifting requirement 60 lbs.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Extensive pushing or pulling
- Extensive sitting or walking
- Frequent stooping or bending over
- Repetitive movements
