Precise Systems, Inc. System Administrator Tier II in Crane, Indiana

We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator, Tier II to provide support for our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience.

Duties:

  • STIG implementation

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain server and systems configurations (hardware and software) to ensure their confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

  • Administer system accounts, server-based systems, security devices, distributed applications, network storage, messaging, and perform systems monitoring.

  • Consult on network, application, and customer service issues to support computer systems' security and sustainability.

    Desired Education:

  • Bachelors degree

    Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience

  • Must meet requirements of Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) area 451

  • CompTIA Security+ (https://www.cool.osd.mil/usn/credential/index.html?cert=securityp3598) , GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) (https://www.cool.osd.mil/usn/credential/index.html?cert=gsec3244) or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) (https://www.cool.osd.mil/usn/credential/index.html?cert=sscp3570)

  • Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) implementation experience required

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Required Skills

Bachelors with minimum 2 years of experience

Required Experience

Minimum 4 years relevant computer systems experience.
