Precise Systems, Inc. IT Assistant Contract Technical Representative in Crane, Indiana

We are currently seeking a IT Assistant Contract Technical Representative to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will have a variety of experience providing Information Assurance and Cybersecurity solutions for customers across the DoD.

Job Details:

  • The ACTR will be responsible for directly supporting the ONR CTR creating Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) orders, MACs and special requests

  • Provides support to projects tied to NMCI including annual WIN 10 updates, Flank Speed (Microsoft 365) migration, upcoming mobile device refresh, SIPR Kiosk Refresh, and facility SIPR capability expansion

  • Provides check-in/check-out supporting for incoming and outgoing personnel including NMCI Account requests, NMCI Hardware requests, and mobile device requests

  • Provides support issuing, configuring, and troubleshooting government-issued iPhones and mobile devices; configure mobile access to NMCI email

  • Responds to requests for assistance, troubleshoots problems and advises on the appropriate action

  • Maintains logs and other documentation for analyses

  • Provides support with Flank Speed questions and troubleshoots problems

  • Aids the Asset Manager in tagging devices with RFID Tags and entering data into SAM database for NMCI assets.

    Desired Experience:

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • CompTIA Security + or equivalent

  • Active Secret Clearance or current interim

    Desired Education:

  • Bachelor's level degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

    Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • Computing Environment Certification is a big plus

  • Microsoft 365 experience is preferred; Flank Speed experience is a big plus

  • Mobile device experience

  • Asset Management experience

  • Tier 1 helpdesk experience

    SCLS Language

    This position is covered by the Service Contract Labor Standard under a Wage Determination.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
