Description
SAIC is looking for an Engineering Technician IV in Crane, IN to support the U.S. Navy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides technical support for AEA systems/platforms to include the modification, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of fielded EW systems and related Support Equipment.
Test and evaluate AEA SUITE SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT (ASE) and related systems, subsystems, equipment and components
Conduct routine repair, retrofit, systems integration, calibration and testing; in-line repair and testing; operation of test equipment
Prepare inputs for test plans
Review test plans and procedures
Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment or component testing
Analyze test results/determine valid recommendations and conclusions based on test data.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Associate's Degree in related discipline and at least 4 years of related experience; OR High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 years of related experience
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; Interim secret needed to start
Must be a U.S. citizen
Experience reading schematics and engineering diagrams
Wiring experience
