Precise Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, IN. The Electrical Engineer will provide technical and engineering support services for Marine Corp systems.
Duties:
• Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, and design, develop, implement, test or evaluate military weapons systems
• Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
• Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management
• Analyzes designs, develops, implements, tests or evaluates products related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems.
• Investigate issues pertaining to the EW systems requirements and associated engineering changes.
• Evaluate technical specifications and applicable performance requirements
• Recommend and prepare inputs for test plans, procedures, etc. and provide other recommendation as needed
Desired Education:
• Four year ABET accredited Engineering Degree
Desired Experience:
• 3 or more years of experience in Electronics Warfare Systems
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiar with the Department of Defense (DOD) System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process.
• Familiar with Naval Test Procedures.
• Competent in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.
• Knowledge of Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML/UML
• Knowledge of the design and build of circuit cards, chassis and enclosures, and electronic subsystems that align to the SOSA open-systems standards
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $66,913.60 to $114,354.72 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
