Omnicell Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce) in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania

Attention, strategic thinkers and data wizards! Omnicell Inc. is on the hunt for a Sr. Business Analyst to supercharge our Sales Analytics team. If you're passionate about leveraging CRM to skyrocket sales efficiency and effectiveness, this role is your stage to shine. You'll collaborate across departments like Finance, IT/IS, Operations, and Marketing to amplify our North American growth strategy. Major Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the go-to person for all things Salesforce.com, from configuration to training, ensuring our CRM is not just a tool but a catalyst for growth.

  • Inspire change by leading the charge on large-scale CRM projects, customizing solutions that set new standards in our industry.

  • Develop innovative CRM solutions that resonate with our sales team’s needs, turning complex requirements into practical, scalable implementations.

  • Execute with precision by gathering and translating requirements into actionable insights, ensuring our CRM architecture supports our ambitious business goals.

  • Make a significant impact by setting and enforcing data management standards, focusing on lifecycle and quality to drive sales excellence.

  • Innovate relentlessly, transforming traditional practices into groundbreaking strategies that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

  • Play a pivotal role in forecasting, ensuring our sales strategies are data-informed and forward-looking.

  • Craft compelling executive reports that not only inform but also drive strategic decisions, showcasing your analytical prowess.

  • Uphold integrity in data handling with strict adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley policies, safeguarding our business's reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales CRM Administration (40%)

  • Data Analysis / Decision Support (30%)

  • Projects / Assignments (20%)

  • Administrative (Other) (10%)

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Training:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is your starting point.

Business Experience:

  • With at least 7 years in fields like system administration or business intelligence, and a solid 2+ years with Salesforce.com, you're ready to make waves.

  • You thrive independently, coordinating with teams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Are you a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201, ADM-211)? That's a plus!

  • Healthcare industry experience? Even better!

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Your knack for understanding and navigating complex business applications and databases is crucial.

  • You're not just comfortable with ambiguity; you thrive in it, always proactive, always questioning, always improving.

  • You're a master communicator, turning technical jargon into clear, actionable insights across all levels of the organization.

  • Your business acumen allows you to see beyond the code, envisioning how technology can revolutionize business processes.

  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce Einstein, Tableau, or Qlik Sense means you're ready to push analytics to new heights.
