We have two opportunities forSenior Quality Specialists to join our Global QEHS team. The Senior Quality Specialistswill perform a variety of quality assurance duties to ensure Westinghouse Corporate QEHS processes, products and services meet quality (regulatory, statutory) and technical requirements defined by Westinghouse. Develop and execute quality activities that support management system activities, corrective action issue analysis and resolution, quality program audits & assessments, and third-party interface activities.

This role will be mobile and be required to work in our Cranberty Township, PA HQ office, 2 to 3 days per week.

Your Day to Day: Coordinate third-party inquiries and audits, including government regulatory agencies, customers, industry entities and registrars. Participate or perform internal quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes and standards. Lead or coordinate simple projects, which encompass multi-functional areas. Monitor progress and direct teams in order to successfully achieve established quality objectives within schedule constraints. Identify opportunities for streamlining quality processes and support implementation of solutions to improve productivity and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare data reports, presentations, and organizational metrics for leadership evaluation. Support communication of changes in Quality policies, processes, systems, and procedures. Develop training material to support changes. Initiate and perform Corrective Action Program efforts, including issue owner, causal analysis performance, corrective action implementation, IRC coordination efforts as assigned, procedure updates, and training Support the revision of Quality procedures, performance of document management processes, implementation of archival and retention requirements for quality assurance documentation Apply quality analytical techniques/tools and statistical methods to collect deficiency information, identify failure causes and trends, and recommend improvement/corrective actions. Support efforts associated with quality records management . Support efforts associated with updating processes/procedures dealing with management review, procedure revision process, operating experience, etc.

Who You Are: A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, technical area or equivalent is required. A minimum of 4 years of technical or quality experience is required, 7+ years preferred Experience in an engineering, procurement and operations in the nuclear or other regulated industry preferred Working knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations.
