Overall Purpose:
The Ovation DCIS Platform / S3 Customer Service Intern will support the Ovation Platform Engineering / S3 staff in supporting the customer's DCIS Platform and S3 Contract requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the engineering staff in fulfilling S3 I&C system service requests and issue resolution. Support the maintenance of the S3 Support Hub SharePoint site. Support the development and maintenance of Westinghouse capital Ovation systems. Track and coordinate Ovation platform service requests from internal Westinghouse customers. Utilize MS office tools as needed to support the engineering staff. Contribute to the maintenance of Ovation platform technical information and databases.
Minimum Requirements:
Has completed 2nd or greater year of a technical / engineering degree Ability to multi-task and meet defined deadlines Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to contribute in a team environment Willing to learn and follow direction from the engineering staff Self-starter that can be effective with minimal supervision Minimum 3.0 GPA
