MOFFAT COUNTY Lead Self Sufficiency Case Manager in CRAIG, Colorado
POSTION: Lead Self Sufficiency Case Manager
DUTIES:
Performs a variety of beginning to moderately difficult functions associated with eligibility determination, case management and child support establishment/enforcement, including: Interviewing; gathering financial data; explaining rules and regulations of various assistance programs; determining eligibility and benefits; initiating cases; maintaining and updating case information; and preforming other functions to assist clients in attaining self-sufficiency.

REQUIREMENTS: * Highschool diploma or GED * Two years of progressively responsible related experience; or, Any combination of education, training and experience may substitute proportionately for time which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Must have valid Colorado driver's license. * Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test. * Must be a minimum age of 21 * Qualified applicants are required to take a written test.
WAGE: ($20.76-$25.96 per hour) Depending on experience, will be discussed at interview.
SHIFTS: Full-time - 40 hours per week.
JOB SITE: Craig, Colorado.
