Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor consumer conditions and record vital information.
• Document behaviors and activities accurately.
• Lead and join in recreational activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in our facilities.
• Attend training sessions to enhance your skills.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to pass a Pre-employment Drug Screen and Background Check.
• Computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting up to 75 pounds, must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, sit, and walk for long periods of time. Must have fine vision, sustained vision, and peripheral vision. Must possess sufficient eye/hand coordination to operate office, adaptive, and household equipment Additional job-related physical requirements may be added to these by the company on an as-needed basis. Corrective devices may be used to meet physical requirements.
