Operations Manager - Covington, GA - $37/hour
The Operations Supervisor supervises the daily activities of hourly and weekly workforce in the Georgia facilities in addition to providing management level oversight to all Georgia campuses during weekends. Ensures adherence to all Plant and Division SOPs, DOPs, QSR Guidelines, ISO standards and FDA requirements. Supports, develops and administers department budget(s). Provides a work environment that provides open communication and values.

What will you be doing?
Ensures adequacy of staff through interviewing, hiring and training of employees. Prepares work schedules, expedites workflow and assists in the daily set-up of various operational activities.
Delegates duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures. Studies and standardizes procedure to improve efficiency.
Identifies and maintains items needed to support operations and is responsible for submitting these requests to the Purchasing Department.
Participate actively in all 5S, Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives.
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or university - technical degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years working in a GMP compliant medical device processing operation with supervisory responsibility.
