What you'll be doing as a Manufacturing Associate II
Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of various products and parts
Test products to ensure specifications are met and document processing conditions
Follow production guidelines and specifications to ensure quality of products
Maintain a clean and safe workstations and fabrication areas
Maintains required records of productions and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures

Ability to follow instructions, identify potential issues, and ask for clarification when needed

Qualifications
What you need to be successful
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of experience running and operating production/fabrication machinery
Knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products or other processing/fabrication equipment
Excellent verbal and communication skills, team player, and critical thinking skills
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work standsAbility to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shiftExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and toolsFlexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasksGood vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defectsAbility to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues
