Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sr Customer Service Representative in Paris. Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing world-class support and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of customer requests and orders
Apply well-established problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and deliver efficient solutions.
Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
Determine customer needs and successfully implement tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a similar role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
