Position Name: Behavioral Mental Health Professional (BMHP)
Location: Coupeville, WA - 98239 (Whidbey Island)
Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent
Setting: Health System - Outpatient
Pay
$90,000-$95,000
Shift? (Full-Time)
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
No: weekends or on-call
Qualifications
Masters of Social Work, Counseling, or related area
License: LICSW, LSWAIC, LMFT, or LMHC
Background: LICSW, Case Management, Therapy
Must have Social Work experience
Job Summary
Responsibilities include initial evaluations of patients and developing and implementing treatment plan.
Conducting therapy sessions (individual, group, couples, family), case management in the Outpatient Clinic setting.
May also provide Behavioral Health consulations and case management services when needed at the Primary Care Outpatient Clinics.
Additional responsibliies: care coordination, referral services, crisis assessments and triage, and additional services related to the patient's wellness.
