National Fuel Safety Supervisor - Coudersport, PA in Coudersport, Pennsylvania

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development, implementation and coordination of the National Fuel Corporate Safety Program with particular emphasis on safety in the field
- Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations that pertain to safety and loss prevention (particularly OSHA/DOT) through group presentations, training programs and facility audits
- Perform new employee safety orientations
- Investigate incidents of injury, damage and safety observations: track/analyze trends and recommend preventive solutions through the company safety management system (DevonWay)
- Facilitate the Eastern PA Safety quarterly safety meetings
- Build the safety culture through regular engagement with Operations supervisors and hourly employees through field observations, shift kick-offs, safety meetings, etc.
Regular travel throughout Northern Pennsylvania and occasional travel in Western New York is required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree or experience in operations safety
- Exceptional technical writing, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Must possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and have the ability to work independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Experience with OSHA regulations
Previous experience with DevonWay software applications

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $60,500 - $80,000.
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
