Morgan Advanced Materials Machine Operator in Coudersport, Pennsylvania
Morgan Advanced Materials, Performance Carbon business in Coudersport, PA, is seeking highly qualified applicants to fill limited openings for Machine Operators on various shifts (nights and 8- hour swing).
*Qualified applicants must possess solid work history, previous experience in industrial manufacturing and meticulously follow written instructions to produce high quality carbon and silicon carbide products. *
- $23.04/hr. after completion of 6-month probation period.
- Starting wage $18.00/hr.
- Shift Differential $0.70/hr.
- After 6 months of employment, one week of paid vacation time.
- After 1 year of employment, two weeks of paid vacation time.
- Comprehensive benefit package including 401K match and 11 paid holidays.
- Equipment operation may include presses, continuous ovens, sinter furnaces, CNC mill centers and lathes, polishing machines, sandblasters, grinders, and a large variety of hand tools.
- Positions do require frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs.
